Réserver&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;2-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Laver l'aubergine et la courgette. Couper en lamelles. Réserver&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;3-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Plonger les tomates dans de l'eau bouillante (2 min). Retirer et plonger dans de l'eau gelée ( 1 min). 300g de viande de boeuf hachée - 1 échalote - 4 tomates séchées (j'adore les tomates séchées) - 50 g de fromage de chèvre frais - 1 cs de pesto - sel poivre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Préparation :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;1-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Éplucher et ciseler finement les échalotes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;2-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Égoutter les tomates séchées, les couper en petits morceaux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;3- &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Dans un saladier mettre : le boeuf haché, l'échalote, les tomates séchées, le fromage de chèvre le pesto sel et poivre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;4-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Écraser le tout a la fourchette jusqu'à ce que tout soit bien mélangé. (Je vous conseil de le faire à la fourchette car moi j'ai tenter de le faire au robot et la texture n'était pas top).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;5-&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Former 2 steak. font-size: xx-small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1&lt;/b&gt;- Préparer la sauce tomates : faire bouillir les tomates dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. &amp;nbsp;Les refroidir dans une eau bien froide. Enlever la peu et les pépins de tomates. Ajouter les tomates, les assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre et faire cuire la sauce à feu moyen pendant environ 20 minutes en&amp;nbsp;mélangeant&amp;nbsp;de temps en temps .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: xx-small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;4&lt;/b&gt;- Pendant que la sauce cuit préparer les polpettine : éplucher et traiter l'ail. laver le basilic et le persil et découper-le finement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: xx-small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;5-&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Dans un saladier, mettre la viande hachée , le parmesan, l'ail, le persil, le basilic et les oeufs.&amp;nbsp;Assaisonner&amp;nbsp;avec le sel et le poivre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: xx-small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;6-&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mélanger&amp;nbsp;tout les ingrédients avec les mains&amp;nbsp;jusqu’à&amp;nbsp;se qu'il soit bien&amp;nbsp;mélanger. Former de petite boulettes (de la grosseur d'un noisette) avec les mains et faite les frire dans l'huile de friture. Egouter les. : recette excellente de "Miss Diane" &lt;a href="http://www.pt.ptitchef.com/recettes/crevettes-sur-salsa-de-mangue-fid-41896"&gt;ici&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Foie gras poelés&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; : Couper les escaloppes de foie gras en petit cube - grillé des petites tranches de pain (moi j'ai choisit du pain au noix délicieux) Chaufer une poêle, quand la poêle est très chaude mettre les cubes de foie gras et faire cuire mais juste un aller/retour&amp;nbsp;ça&amp;nbsp;ne doit vraiment pas cuire longtemps car&amp;nbsp;ça&amp;nbsp;fond.&lt;br /&gt;enlever les cubes et déglacer la&amp;nbsp;poêle&amp;nbsp;avec de vinaigre de xérès. Placer le foie gras sur le pain et arroser de sauce xéres.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Plat chaud :&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour le plat chaud je n'ai pas de Photo pris par le temps et le stress j'ai oublier de les faire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cote de Boeuf mariné&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;: au barbecue&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Petite chose a la carotte &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;: du blog "A mes nuits blanches". cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RwTNZ7wvEvg/TYxvOzMj1KI/AAAAAAAAADQ/jmuwPMTzXtk/s200/19032011312.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5587963537711682722" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Samedi j'ai acheté de magnifique aubergines et j'ai décidé de me lancer dans une recette que me fait toujours ma tante quand je vais chez elle "LA PARMIGIANA".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Ingredients pour 4 personnes : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;2 belles aubergines - 250g de tomates pelées - 1 tomates - 250g de viande hachée - 1 oignons - origan - épices italiennes - gros sel - 200g de jambon blanc - parmesan (selon les goûts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Préparation : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1- Mettre un peu d'huile d'olive dans une sauteuse. Couper les oignons en lamelle et les mettre a frire dans la poele. Ajouter la viande hachée laisser cuire environ 1 minutes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Couper la tomates en petit cubes en enlevant les pépin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ajouter à la viande et les cuire 1 minutes en remuant.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ajouter les tomates pelée l'origan et les épices italienne (mélange d'épice qu el'on trouve au supermaché.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cuire la sauce environ 30 minutes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2- Couper les aubergines dans le sens de la longueur le mettre sans un saladier avec du gros sel pendant environ 30 minutes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3- Rincer les aubergine et les presser pour enlever le surplus d'eau. Mettre un peu d'huile d'olive dans une poele et faire frire les aubergines.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4- Dans un plat allant au four mettre une couche d'aubergine, une couche de sauce, une couche de parmesan, un peu de jambon, puis recommencer l'opération jusqu'a utilier toutes les aubergines. La derniere couches doit être des aubergines. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Puis mettre une couche de parmesan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5- Mettre au four à 200° pendant environ 20 minutes. Piquer avec une fouchette. Cuire les involtini au barbecue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span &gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span &gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span &gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span &lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_40clv0mgMuw/Sxq-GRJbGxI/AAAAAAAAABA/SHPbyp9o05s/s1600-h/DSC00008.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 200px; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5411846917130492690" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_40clv0mgMuw/Sxq-GRJbGxI/AAAAAAAAABA/SHPbyp9o05s/s200/DSC00008.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingrédients pour 2 personnes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300gr de boeuf haché - 1 boule de mozarella - 2 gousses d'ail - sel et poivre - 6 demi tomates séchées - 1 c à c à moitié bombée d'origan - 4 feuilles de basilic frais - 1 c à s d'huile - 6 petites tomates - 2 tr de pain ss gluten - sel et poivre - 1 c à s de persil haché - 1 c à s d'huile d'olive - quelques feuilles de roquette pour garnir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Préparation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Laver les tomates – couper les en deux – saler et poivrer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mixer 1 gousses d'ail, le sel et le poivre, le persil, le pain émietté et l'huile d'olive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettre la préparation obtenu sur les tomates et les cuire à 180° pendant 15 min&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettre dans le robot la viande, l'ail pilé écrasé avec le sel, poivrer, le persil, et les tomates séchées, bien mélanger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Une fois la preparation bien homogene former 4 steaks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuire les 4 steack hachées à la poele avec une un peu d’huile.Environ 2 minutes par face lorque l’on retourne le steack pour cuire la 2eme face ajouter une tranche de mozzarella par steack sur le cote déjà cuit et laisser fondre un peu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Server aussitôt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un vrai delice un plat complet tres facile et tres rapide à faire j’ai adorer et mon homme aussi et j’ai mis moins de 30 minutes montre en main.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_40clv0mgMuw/Sxq_v0NcvjI/AAAAAAAAABI/TggFfHm8f7c/s1600-h/DSC00009.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 200px;
